My client is a fast growing and exciting marketing agency. Specialising in digital marketing they are growing their sales team and because of this are looking for an experienced sales manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a sales team through a mixture of new business, cold calling and face to face sales. You will have the remit of developing and growing the sales team along with maintaining the set KPIs and increasing new business. This role would suit a call centre manager or team leader, you do not have to have a background in online marketing sales however an understanding would be useful. You must have managed a team in the past and be able to communicate effectively over the phone as well as face to face.
