With a brand new Head office in Manchester this company has offices across the UK, Liverpool, London, Leeds and Preston with other planned offices to suit the growth of the business. With the commercial tem split into three, client Care, Marketing and Bids. They are looking for a Client Care Manager to report into the Head of Client Care. This is a hands on role managing a client care exec and working closely with marketing and Bids. This position is the driving force of the business and the right candidate for this role will have a focus on relationship management and self generated client account management. This firms commercial practice is different then most businesses in its sector by emphasising a flat structure and self accountability for your own role and team. Within this role you will be expected to have a strategic approach to business development the culture of the business is driven towards growth and success for the business, therefore a hands on approach to the work is a pre-requisite to the role. This role is a client care manager role not a marketing role, there will be cross working opportunities with marketing however the ideal candidate for this role will be a business development and relationship specialist. Ideally coming from a professional services background however a finance and private background would most definitely be considered, although a service offered product understanding is key! Ideally you will have people management in the past along with examples of developed and grown relationships in the in your portfolio.
